Download and fill
out Excel Form, temporarily without Sailing Date and Bill
of Lading Number (will be added at step 7).
2-
Email completed form in Excel Format.
3-
You will receive our invoice.
4-
You forward payment by wire transfer (bank details included
on bottom of invoice).
6-
After payment is received we will email your CTN Number to
you.
7-
After cargo is loaded on board the ship and you have the Bill
of Lading you will complete your form with Sailing
Date, Bill of Lading Number, and
other information you did not have when first submitting your
form. Email this fully completed form to us with a
copy of our Original Invoice you paid to nigeria@africactn.com.
8-The
Printed Certificate will be sent to you via the route you
designated on the application form (I.E. FedEX, UPS, Post
Office Mail).
